1.1 Shipping Coverage
- With our courier partners, G4S Fulfillment, we ship to any address in Kenya. Orders can only be placed and delivered within Kenya.
1.2 Shipping Cost
- Instore Pickup Fee: Free
- For orders over KES 100,000 - We offer free shipping countrywide.
- For orders from KES 99,999 and below - Shipping rate is dependent on product price. See table below.
- At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

1.3 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed at the same day if ordered before 4 P.M, from Monday to Saturday.
- All orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.
- Not all items on the website are available for same day dispatch. Please ensure to read the product description before ordering.

1.6 Order Modification and Cancellation

- Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damaged item to verify the extent of the damage. For lost items, please contact our pskarenakenya2015@gmail.com , and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
